For standard room reservations:

  • 48 Hours or More Prior to Arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • 24-48 Hours Prior to Arrival: Refund minus one night's room charge.
  • Less than 24 Hours Prior to Arrival: No refund (full reservation amount will be charged).

1.2 Modification of Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations (such as changes in dates, room type, or length of stay) are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Modifications should be made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date to avoid cancellation fees.

1.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a "no-show." For no-show reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

2. Special Rate Reservations

2.1 Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional rates and special offers may be designated as "non-refundable." These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified without forfeiting the full payment. Non-refundable rates are clearly marked during the booking process.

2.2 Package Reservations

Reservations that include special packages (such as dining, spa, or casino credits) have the following cancellation terms:

3. Peak Season and Special Event Periods

During peak seasons, holidays, and special event periods (such as New Year's Eve, major conventions, or sporting events), the following enhanced cancellation policy applies:

  • 7-14 Days Prior to Arrival: Refund minus one night's room charge.

4. Suite and Villa Reservations

Due to high demand and limited availability, suite and villa reservations have stricter cancellation policies:

  • 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Full refund with no cancellation fee.
  • 7-14 Days Prior to Arrival: Refund minus one night's room charge.
  • 3-7 Days Prior to Arrival: Refund minus 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • Less than 3 Days Prior to Arrival: No refund (full reservation amount will be charged).

5. How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation

To cancel or modify a reservation, you can use any of the following methods:

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, or other force majeure events) that prevent you from traveling to our casino hotel or us from providing accommodations, we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalty or provide a full refund, regardless of the standard cancellation timeframes.

Documentation may be required to verify that travel was prevented due to these circumstances.

8. Third-Party Bookings

If you booked your reservation through a third-party website or travel agency (such as Expedia, Booking.com, or a travel agent), the cancellation policy of that third party will apply. You must contact the third party directly to cancel or modify your reservation.

9. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, death in the family, or other extraordinary situations, we may, at our discretion, offer more flexible cancellation terms. Please contact our reservations department as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
